In consideration of the acceptance for enrollment at Keuka College, the undersigned acknowledges and guarantees that I am at least 18 years of age or the parent/legal guardian of a student under the age of 18; that I am financially responsible for the payment of all charges related to my registration and housing incurred now, or hereafter, by said student.

Further, the undersigned understands that registration for classes cannot be completed until satisfactory financial arrangements have been made. I understand that Keuka College reserves the right to disallow class attendance and withhold meal plans, grades, or diplomas if financial obligations are not met when due.

In addition, I also understand that if my payment obligations are not satisfied and if Keuka College engages the service of a collection agency or takes legal action for any account balance, I will be liable and shall pay the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33.3% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in attempting to collect the outstanding debt.
